Forge is an awesome gym to call home. The equipment is state of the art, the programming is awesome, and the people are what make the gym unique. There is such a supportive community here and everyone is so friendly and willing to help and cheer you on when workouts get tough. The coaches have been top notch and have poured into me both fitness wise and personally from day 1. If you're looking for a gym, this is hands down the best in Birmingham!! You won't be a stranger for long!

I’ve dropped into a lot of gyms all over the eastern United States and this one is without a doubt the best. So many times is so complicated to drop in at a CrossFit gym and that’s not the case here. The owner was so helpful and nice on the phone. Made it so easy for which I’m extremely grateful. Coach that was on site was heath and he was also great. Highly recommend this gym if your going to Birmingham and need a place to workout.

Great gym, great people, beautiful facility! If you need a place to get healthier and get involved in a community with others, this is a great spot! The owner and coaching team truly believe in helping people reach their goals and be the best version of themselves they can be.

Was visiting Birmingham from Canada for the weekend and wanted to workout. I'm so glad I got a chance to workout here, great sweaty cardio session! Everyone was super friendly and the gym was very clean. Hope to see you guys again in the future!
